Self-Introduction：

Prof. Tony Shieh is Associate Professor of Business Education and Academic Director of MSc in Accounting at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He earned a PhD in Accounting from New York University in 1999. He holds membership as a Fellow Member in CPA Australia and certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA. He has served as Independent Non-Executive Director at Winner Medical Group Inc.

 

Relevant Teaching Experience：

Prof. Shieh teaches financial accounting, managerial accounting, international accounting, and data analytics for undergraduates, MSc, and EMBA students at HKUST.

 

Research and Publications：

Prof. Shieh’s research interests include international accounting, corporate governance, and data analytics in accounting.
